Vision
The Office of the Vice President for Student Services envisions
itself as an integral and progressive arm of the University committed to
the task of creating a wholesome environment that will contribute to the
holistic development of students who are enlightened, God-fearing, and
creative. These young people though actively involved in national
transformation and promotion of nationalism, work within the one-world,
one-humanity concept.
Mission
The Office of the Vice President for Student Services shall strive to
provide quality and relevant student services in the significant areas
of: Admission and Registration, Guidance and Counseling, Scholarship and
Financial Assistance, Career Development and Placement, Student Relations and related
activities, Culture and the Arts, and Library services, aimed at
recognizing and developing the potentials of the economically challenged
but deserving students of the University.
Function
The Vice President for Student Services (VPSSEA)
assists the President in matters pertaining to student services; plans,
directs, formulates, and implements policies contributing to the
harmonious and effective functioning of units under him; recommends to
the President policies, programs and projects to better achieve
University objectives within his area of operations; and performs other
tasks the President may assign him from time to time. |
